The dial has some staining on it but is still readable while adding to its antique appearance. This beautiful clock is in clean original condition. This clock is indeed a rare find in this condition.ġ920's Celluloid Two-Tone 30-hour Clock 2381 This clock measures 7 inches tall by 5 inches wide at the widest part and 2 inches deep. Ansonia named this clock ACTOR and that is written on the back of the clock below the Royal Bonn seal. The beautiful case of the clock is the famous ROYAL BONN porcelain china case and it is in excellent condition overall. There are some numbers inside the clock that are hand written but I don't know what they mean. The clock movement is working and keeping good time and was serviced recently.
This clock is a windup clock that lasts for approximately 30 hours. The minute and hour hand appear to be original as well as the dial and the bevel glass bezel. The case is a mixture of wonderful, hand painted colors with gold highlights. There are no chips or cracks in the case that I can find. Paper dial is still good with only slight darkening due to age.
